Long-term Recovery Organizations in Brevard, Duval, St. Lucie and Volusia Counties have submitted proposals for Tropical Storm Fay Recovery Phase I, Part A, start-up grants. The follow-up grant, Part B, will provide funds to the LTROs for direct assistance to the neediest families. This RFP will be issued in November. Phase II funding is planned for counties determined to be the next group of counties most affected by Tropical Storm Fay.
